This term applies to all services, products, and initiatives of the National Federation of Central Bank Employees' Associations (Fenasbac) offered on its websites, systems, programs, and mobile device applications.
This Fenasbac Terms of Use and Personal Data Protection Policy establishes the guidelines, conditions, and personal data protection policy for users, in compliance with Federal Law No. 12,965, of April 23, 2014 (Brazilian Civil Rights Framework for the Internet), and Federal Law No. 13,709, of August 14, 2018 (Brazilian General Data Protection Law - LGPD).
1. Definitions
1.1. Fenasbac Refers to the National Federation of Central Bank Employees' Associations, the entity responsible for managing and coordinating all of its areas of activity, including, but not limited to, financial innovation programs, events, clubs, associations, digital benefits and relationship platforms, and other products and services.
1.2. Fenasbac Initiatives Encompasses all activities, projects, and entities linked to or coordinated by Fenasbac. This includes, but is not limited to:
1.3. User Refers to any individual who uses or accesses Fenasbac's services or platforms, or participates in its initiatives, including members, clients, partners, event participants, course enrollees, and visitors to digital channels.
1.4. Logged-in Area Refers to the restricted and secure virtual environment, accessible upon authentication (login and password), which is the official access page for Fenasbac's products, benefits, registration information, and services.
2. Consent and Use of Personal Data
2.1. Acceptance of Terms The user declares to have read, understood, and fully accepted this Term, agreeing to comply with all of its provisions upon registering, accessing, or using any Fenasbac Initiatives service.
2.2. By interacting with Fenasbac Initiatives, the user expresses their consent to the collection, storage, processing, and use of their personal data, as established in this Term.
2.3. This consent allows Fenasbac to use users' personal data to send communications, content, and promotional actions related to its activities and events, as well as for updates and improvements to its services, personalization of the user experience, and statistical and research purposes, always in compliance with the LGPD.
2.4. This authorization covers the following personal data: full name, email address, phone number, date of birth, and any other data provided by the user that is necessary to fulfill the purposes mentioned in item 2.3.
2.5. Fenasbac undertakes to use appropriate technical and administrative measures to protect users' personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, disclosure, or accidental or unlawful dissemination.
3. User Rights
3.1. The user has the right to request information about the processing of their personal data, as well as the correction, updating, or deletion of such data, in accordance with applicable law.
3.2. Users may access the complete and up-to-date version of this Terms of Use and Personal Data Protection Policy free of charge on the Fenasbac website.
4. Duration of Authorization
4.1. This authorization shall take effect as of the date of acceptance of this instrument and shall remain valid for an indefinite period, and may be revoked at any time upon the user's express request, through official service channels, such as the email: relacionamento@fenasbac.com.br
5. Accountability
5.1. Fenasbac undertakes to adopt effective measures capable of demonstrating compliance with personal data protection regulations, including accountability mechanisms.
